Sales Estimator - Estimator - Construction - Asbestos - Sales - Asbestos - Environmental - Sales - Lead - Mold - Construction Skills Required - Sales Estimator, Estimator, Asbestos, Environmental, Sales, Lead, Mold, Construction Sales Estimator - Estimator - Construction - Environmental - Sales - Asbestos Are you a Sales Estimator with 5+ years of experience estimating Asbestos, Lead, Mold and other environmental jobs? If so, read on! What you'll be doing: Maintain Existing Accounts Obtaining new customers Obtain information for marketing letters. Write up proposals and contracts and get into the system. Follow-up on leads and old proposals. Interact with Customers and Labor Department. Handle customer requests; problems and complaints. Schedule job walk-throughs. Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops and required software training courses. Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned by supervisor. What you'll need: Asbestos Supervisor/Worker Certification 5+ years of sales estimating experience for Asbestos, Lead and Mold jobs. You must have a well developed book of business working relationships Organization Skills Excellent phone communication and interpersonal skills. Able to meet changing deadlines and special requests. Work well under minimal supervision and work well with a team. Resourceful, able to handle and prioritize multiple tasks. Customer Service Oriented. Attention to detail. Strong communication skills, written and oral. Bilingual a plus.
